Both Enrique Mendoza of Miranda and Henrique Salas Feo of Carabobo were claiming, with copies of tallies in hand, that these results are not to be trusted. Eduardo Lapi in Yaracuy also expressed concern at the way in which some voting centres had transmitted the results to the CNE totalisation hub before the printing of the tallies.
